JOHN T. BAUSKA, Kalispell, Montana

John “Jack” Bauska” is a founding shareholder of IWT, having provided advisory services to the company since the early days of the invention of the Rotating Cylinder Treatment System. He has served as a director of the Company since 2004. Mr. Bauska is President and CEO of Stratco Inc., an investment and construction company and is President of Unicore Development, a firm engaged in residential and commercial construction and remodeling. From 1975 to 1980, he was Assistant Business Manager of the Laborers Union during the Alyeska Pipeline Project in Alaska. Thereafter, he was President and CEO of Butcher Manufacturing and Construction in Lafayette, LA and Bauska Arms and Manufacturing. Since 1990, Mr. Bauska has acted as a strategic advisor and financial consultant to early stage technology businesses in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Bauska is a native of Kalispell, Montana, where he continues to reside. His expertise is in securing long-term financing and building investor relations.

PAUL O’CALLAGHAN, M.Sc., Dublin,  Ireland

Mr. O’Callaghan is a principal at the consulting firm O2 Environmental, Inc. Mr. O’Callaghan contributes 12 years experience in process design of water and wastewater treatment technologies and a broad base of expertise in the development and commercialization of a range of environmental technologies, including nutrient recovery processes, ultraviolet disinfection, sludge destruction and energy efficient aeration technologies. Mr. O’Callaghan has served clients such as Noram Engineering, Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies, the Metro Vancouver, Epcor Water Services and Environment Canada and holds a Masters Degree in Water Resource Management. Mr. Callaghan lectures at Kwantlen University College in Vancouver, B.C. on Environmental Protection Technology, has authored and presented numerous papers on emerging treatment technologies and is currently chair of a technical committee on wastewater treatment.

ANN ROSEVEAR, Company Executive Officer, Reno, Nevada

Ann Rosevear serves as IWT’s Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2008. Ms. Rosevear is a corporate attorney with 10+ years experience and is responsible for management of ongoing operations at IWT, with particular emphasis in investment opportunities and industry partnering.
